º . Para ser inspector de Cine en localidades de más de 50.000 habitantes se requiere el cumplimiento de cualquiera de los siguientes requisitos

Poseer el titulo en Comunicación Social o ser egresado, o estudiante en la misma especialidad de una unidad o instituto legalmente reconocido por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional;

Ser socio de Cineclubes o Cinematecas registrados en el Ministerio de Comunicaciones;

Ser funcionario idóneo del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, o de la, Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, FOCINE;

Parágrafo

Las calidades a que se refiere el presente artículo deberán acreditarse con la presentación de las certificaciones o diplomas, según el caso, debidamente autenticadas por la entidad que los expida.
