Artículo primero. En el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca habrá una Sala Plena integrada por todos los Magistrados de la Corporación. El Tribunal se dividirá en tres (3) secciones especializadas, que se denominarán Sección Primera o de Asuntos Laborales, Sección Segunda o de Impuestos y Sección Tercera o de Asuntos Generales. La Sección Primera se compondrá de cinco (5) Magistrados, la Sección Segunda de cuatro (4) Magistrados y la Sección Tercera de tres (3) Magistrados.
