Adiciónase el numeral 6 al artículo 7º del Decreto 2779 de 2001, el cual quedará así: "6. En el caso de los productos estructurados de capital protegido, los mismos se considerarán como títulos o valores de deuda con rendimiento variable y para efectos del límite global se debe imputar al grupo o clase de título al que pertenece el emisor del producto, en la cuantía del valor de mercado o precio justo de intercambio".
