Deróganse los Decretos legislativos números 1779 y 2142 de 1955, el artículo 12 del Decreto legislativo numero 0282 de 1957 y los Decretos ejecutivos números 1829 de 1955, 0636 de 1956, 2226 de 1957 y 0376 de 1958 y las demás disposiciones que sean contrarias al presente Decreto, que rige desde la fecha de su expedición.
