Facultades administrativas de la Superintendencia de Sociedades . Cuando se advierta que a través de la actividad de comercialización en red o mercadeo multinivel se realizan operaciones de captación o recaudo sin la debida autorización estatal, la Superintendencia de Sociedades ejercerá de inmediato las facultades de intervención otorgadas por el Decreto 4334 de 2008.
