Nadie podrá atentar contra la patria potestad de los padres sordos sobre sus hijos oyentes o sordos o sordociegos, aduciendo que la sordera los incapacita para el ejercicio cabal de la paternidad. Quien así lo hiciere será castigado de acuerdo con la legislación vigente.
