La administración ó inversión de las rentas ó cantidades que tengan por objeto el sostenimiento de los Lazaretos, queda á cargo de las Juntas de Beneficencia de las capitales de los Departamentos. En los Departamentos donde no haya estas Juntas, dichas funciones corresponderán al empleado encargado de la Recaudación de la renta.
