ARTICULO 72 . La persona escogida por el sistema de concurso, hará su ingreso a la carrera en período de prueba de tres (3) meses, dentro los cuales, se le calificarán mensualmente sus servicios para evaluar su eficiencia, adaptación y condiciones para el desempeño del cargo. Superado este período y obtenida calificación satisfactoria, el aspirante deberá ser nombrado en propiedad y escalafonado dentro de la carrera.
