del artículo 4º del Decreto 89 de 1993, quedará así:

Parágrafo

Las personas comprendidas en este artículo, deben presentar exámenes de cultura general y de conocimientos fotográficos y/o camarográficos, que será practicado por el Consejo Nacional de Camarografía y Fotografía, según reglamentación que expida el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, Icfes, en coordinación con este mismo Consejo, dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a la expedición del presente Decreto.
