ARTICULO 1o. El día 24 de octubre de 1993 se realizará el XVI Censo Nacional de Población y V de Vivienda en zonas urbanas del país. En las áreas rurales el empadronamiento será hasta el 20 de diciembre de 1993, sin inmovilización y mediante la utilización de la metodología de residente habitual.
