Fondos de responsabilidad. Sin perjuicio de los seguros y de las garantías establecidas en este decreto, las empresas de transporte individual en vehículos taxi, podrán constituir fondos de responsabilidad, como mecanismo complementario para cubrir daños derivados de la responsabilidad civil contractual y extracontractual, hasta las cuantías que señale el Gobierno Nacional.
