ARTICULO 47. Incapacidad física . Por motivos de salud debidamente certificados por el jefe médico de la entidad de previsión social a la que se encuentre afiliado el alcalde mayor, el Presidente de la República declarará la vacancia absoluta o temporal, según el caso, y designará su reemplazo conforme a las disposiciones de este estatuto.
