Monitoreo del recurso hídrico. Las autoridades ambientales competentes deberán realizar Programas de Monitoreo de las fuentes hídricas en por lo menos, los siguientes parámetros de calidad: Temperatura ambiente y del agua in situ, DBO5, SST, DQO, Oxígeno Disuelto, Coliformes Fecales y pH.
