Art. 8º. Quedan reformados los artículos 142 á 145 del Código de Minas, derogados los Decretos números 495 de 1901 y 722 de 1902 y adicionados y reformados el Capítulo III Título XIV del Código Fiscal, y derogadas las disposiciones legales contrarias a la presente Ley.
