De la obligación de pactar la caducidad. La caducidad será de forzosa estipulación en los contratos que no fueren de compraventa de bienes muebles o de empréstito. No será obligatoria en los contratos interadministrativos. En la cláusula respectiva deberán señalarse claramente los motivos que den lugar a la declaratoria de caducidad.
