Notificación sobre el plan integral de prevención . Una vez aprobado el Plan Integral de Prevención, la entidad territorial respectiva remitirá una copia del mismo a la Dirección de Derechos Humanos del Ministerio del Interior, a fin de coadyuvar el apoyo a la gestión de la implementación de los respectivos planes y efectuar el seguimiento a la implementación de los mismos, en el escenario que se defina para tal fin. También se remitirá copia a la Procuraduría Regional o Provincial respectiva y a la Defensoría Regional para que apoyen su seguimiento y evaluación.
