Ninguno de los médicos o personas que hacen parte del personal científico o administrativo del Instituto de Rádium, podrá gozar de participación alguna por concepto de una cualquiera de las entradas del Instituto, ni podrá cobrar honorarios particulares a los enfermos que sean atendidos dentro del Instituto.
