Organizase el Cuerpo de empleados de Intendencia Militar, con la dotación siguiente: tres Intendentes Militares, uno para cada División, con carácter de Teniente Coronel; siete Contadores Mayores, cuatro para el Ministerio y tres para las Divisiones, cada cual con el carácter de Mayor; siete Contadores primeros, con carácter cada cual de Capitán; siete Contadores segundos, cada cual con el carácter de Teniente, y ocho Contadores terceros, con carácter de Subteniente cada cual, Suma, treinta y dos empleados.
