o. El personal que viaje en el desempeño de comisiones especiales designadas por el Ministerio de Guerra tendrá derecho, además del valor de pasajes, al auxilio diario que fija el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, desde la fecha de salida de su guarnición hasta el día de regreso a ella.

Parágrafo

Cuando el término de estas comisiones exceda de 10 días, la designación será hecha por resolución ministerial; cuando sea menor de este término bastará que sea ordenada por la Secretaría General.
