Art. 7 ° Además de los empleados que se requieren en la obra de las carreteras, y de los cuales se hablará adelante, cumplirán en tales trabajos las comisiones especiales que el Ministerio tenga á bien encomendarles, el Jefe de la Sección 2.° del Ministerio, el Inspector general de obras públicas, el ayudante de éste, el Inspector de las obras de la capital y el Cajero fiscal.
