Abrese al Poder Ejecutivo un crédito adicional al Presupuesto de gastos de 1912 con la siguiente imputación:

DEPARTAMENTO DE GUERRA

Vigencias anteriores.

Artículo 279 bis. Para pagar al Departamento del Tolima el crédito que se le reconoce en el artículo 1o. de esta Ley, por el dinero que suministro por cuenta de la Nación para el sostenimiento de la fuerza pública que se organizó en dicho Departamento en el mes de julio de 1909, dos mil seiscientos setenta y cuatro pesos setenta y seis centavos ($ 2.674,76).
