Bonos pensionales. La Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones-Caprecom reconocerá, liquidará y emitirá los bonos pensionales cuando la responsabilidad le hubiera correspondido a la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Tuluá-Teletuluá S. A. E.S.P. en Liquidación. La Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones-Caprecom emitirá los bonos pensionales con cargo al patrimonio autónomo constituido en los términos de la Ley 651 de 2001 por la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones-Telecom.
