Artículo único . Apruébase el Decreto número 465 dictado por el Secretario de Gobierno de Bolívar encargado de la Gobernación, el 20 de Diciembre último, Decreto por el cual se dictan algunas provedencias encaminadas á hacer afectivos en el Departamento el pago de la contribución personal para el sostenimiento y fomento de vías públicas establecido por la Ley 60 de 1905. Esta aprobación no comprende el artículo 5.° de dicho Decreto, por ser contrario al 45 de la Constitución. Comuníquese y publíquese.
