º Los Juzgados De Orden Público Creados Por El Presente Decreto Tendrán La Siguiente Planta De Personal: 1 Juez

º Los Juzgados de Orden Público creados por el presente Decreto tendrán la siguiente planta de personal: 1 Juez. 1 Abogado Asesor Grado 19. 1 Secretario Grado 13. 3 Escribientes Grado 07. 1 Citador Grado 04

Parágrafo

Los cargos administrativos previstos en este artículo, se proveerán conforme a los procedimientos y reglas aplicables a las demás corporaciones judiciales. Los abogados asesores deberán reunir los mismos requisitos y tendrán el mismo grado y remuneración de los abogados asesores del Ministerio Público.
