Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga los Decretos números 284 de 2024 y 307 de 2024 en especial los numerales 1, 2, 3 y 4 del artículo 2° y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1º de enero de 2025.
