De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 96 de la Ley 09 de 1983, y con base en la certificación expedida por la Superintendencia Bancaria, la tasa de interés moratorio para efectos tributarios que regir entre el 1º de marzo de 1987 y el 29 de febrero de 1988 será del cuarenta y dos por ciento (42%) anual, la cual se liquidará diariamente.
