Falta absoluta de los representantes . Se consideran faltas absolutas de los representantes del sector privado que integran la Comisión, las siguientes: 13.1. Muerte. 13.2. Renuncia aceptada. 13.3. Incapacidad permanente que afecte el ejercicio de su función. 13.4. Inasistencia a dos sesiones consecutivas de la Comisión, sin justa causa.
