Liquidación de cesantías . El Instituto, de conformidad con las disposiciones del Decreto 3118 de 1968, deberá liquidar y entregar al Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, las cesantías que se causen en favor de sus trabajadores y empleados.

Parágrafo

El Instituto, según el artículo 57 del mismo Decreto, pagará directamente, cuando hubiere lugar, las cesantías de los trabajadores ocasionales, accidentales o transitorios que ocupe por un tiempo no mayor de un (1) mes, cuya labor sea distinta de las actividades normales de la entidad; las de quienes ocupe en labores ocasionales o transitorias, o para reemplazar temporalmente al personal en vacaciones o en uso de licencia.
