° La Corporación Financiera Popular S. A. Deberá ejecutar los negocios y operaciones permitidos a las compañías de Leasing y a las cajas de ahorro, autorizados por la Ley 78 de 1988 por conducto de secciones especializadas cuyo funcionamiento deberá contar con la previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria. Para tal efecto, dicha entidad determinará la organización, funcionamiento y régimen contable de cada sección.
