Artículo Único. El Despacho administrativo del Gobierno se dividirá en siete Ministerios.
Los Ministerios se denominarán:
De Gobierno,
De Relaciones Exteriores,
De Hacienda,
De Guerra,
De Instrucción Pública,
Del Tesoro, y
De Fomento.
El orden en que quedan expresados los diferentes Ministerios, será también el de su procedencia.
