º . Modificar el artículo quinto del Decreto 2131 de 2000, el cual quedará así: " Artículo Quinto . Reuniones . La Comisión se reunirá ordinariamente cada cuarenta y cinco (45) días alternativamente en la sede del Ministerio del Interior, en la Gobernación de Nariño y en la Gobernación del Cauca. En casos excepcionales, podrá ampliarse o restringirse la periodicidad de las reuniones, circunstancia que será comunicada por la Secretaría Técnica a sus integrantes con la debida anticipación y extraordinariamente cuando las necesidades lo exijan".
