Liquidación . En caso de adoptarse la disolución del Centro, la Junta Directiva de conformidad con las prescripciones de la ley, terminada la liquidación, el activo neto que resultare, una vez pagado el pasivo de la entidad y reintegrados los bienes a las entidades aportantes, será donado a la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
