ARTICULO QUINTO. Corresponde a dicho Departamento estudiar las incompatibilidades para cargos de Directores de establecimientos de Utilidad Común y de miembros de Juntas Directivas de dichas Instituciones o de Juntas de Juntas Directivas de dichas Instituciones o de Juntas de Beneficencia, los que no podrán ser desempeñados por las siguientes personas

Empresarios o contratistas de obras que deben pagarse con fondos de las Instituciones de Utilidad Común o Juntas de Beneficencia;

Arrendatarios de bienes de dichas Instituciones, y deudores, acreedores y proveedores de ellas;

Los que tengan con las Juntas o servicios de las Instituciones de Beneficencia o de Utilidad Común juicios pendientes y sus apoderados.
