Adiciónese Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 27 Del Decreto 4433 De 2004, El Cual Quedará Así: Parágrafo

Decreto 669 de 2022 · por el cual se modifican y adicionan los Decretos 1091 de 1995, 4433 de 2004 y 1858 de 2012 para el personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

al artículo 27 del Decreto 4433 de 2004, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

A la muerte de un uniformado en el grado de Patrullero del Nivel Ejecutivo en servicio activo calificada en actos especiales del servicio, a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 2179 de 2021, la pensión de sobreviviente se liquidará con las partidas más favorables, es decir, sus beneficiarios optarán entre las que venía devengando como Patrullero del Nivel Ejecutivo reconociéndose para dicho caso los porcentajes hasta la quinta distinción póstumamente, o las del grado de Subintendente conferido póstumamente.
