El Valor De Las Estampillas Que Se Ordenan Por Medio De Este Decreto, Será Pagado Así: Las De Correo Ordinario, Con Cargo Al Presupuesto Fiscal Del Ministerio Para La Vigencia De 1960, En Cuanto Este Presupuesto Contenga Suficiente Apropiación; De Otra Manera, Con Cargo A La Cuenta "correo Extra-Rápido"; Y Las Destinadas Al Correo Aéreo De "avianca", Con Cargo A La Cuenta "6% Correo Aéreo", Pagos Que Hará El Departamento De Giros Del Ministerio De Comunicaciones
