º . PRECIO CORRIENTE DE MERCADO. Se entiende que el precio pagado o por pagar generado en una venta efectuada en condiciones de libre competencia, corresponde al precio corriente de mercado, cuando equivale al que habitualmente se aplica en las transacciones de comercio exterior para mercancías extranjeras idénticas o similares a las que se importan, teniendo en cuenta iguales circunstancias respecto al tiempo, cantidad y nivel comercial.
