El Gobierno Nacional, a través del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes), ejercerá la inspección, vigilancia y control de todos los organismos deportivos a que se refieren las presentes normas. La inspección podrá realizarse para verificar el estado financiero de los mismos.
