Art. 30. los recaudadores del impuesto sobre los cigarrillos que se produzcan en el país, tendrán derecho de visitar las tiendas y demás lugares de expendio, con el fin de cerciorarse de que las cajetillas que allí se dan al consumo, están provistas de las estampillas del caso. Las cajetillas que no estén provistas de estampillas se decomisarán y al expendedor se le aplicará la pena correspondiente como defraudador.
