El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y adiciona el numeral 20 al artículo 2.3.1.6.3.11, modifica el numeral 4 del artículo 2.3.1.6.3.13, adiciona el artículo 2.3.10.2.2 al Capítulo 2 del Título 10, adiciona el literal e) al numeral 10 del artículo 2.3.10.4.3 y el artículo 2.3.10.4.7 al Capítulo 4 del Título 10 del Decreto número 1075 de 2015 -Único Reglamentario del Sector de la Educación-.
