La acumulación se decretará de oficio o a petición de los interesados. Cuando se trate de asuntos que deben decidirse por el procedimiento de los Consejos de Guerra Verbales, la acumulación se podrá decretar hasta el momento de formular cuestionarios, siempre que haya investigación previa en alguno de ellos y conocerá el Consejo de Guerra Verbal que se haya convocado primero.
