Personal del Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial. Las funciones asignadas en el artículo 33 de la Ley 1765 de 2015 al Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial serán cumplidas directamente por servidores de la Unidad o, en concordancia con el artículo 39 de la misma ley serán cumplidas por servidores de la Dirección de Investigación Criminal e lnterpol DIJIN, comisionados a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial, por un término de dos (2) años, prorrogables de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicios.
