Conductores de equipos ajenos. El artículo 36 de la Ley 336 de 1996 quedará así: "Artículo 36. Los conductores de los equipos que no sean propiedad de la empresa o del operador, destinados al servicio público de transporte, podrán ser contratados directamente por la empresa operadora de transporte. En cualquier caso, y para todos los efectos legales el operador y el propietario del equipo responderán solidariamente."
