LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 87. PARTIDA DE ALIMENTACION. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que presten sus servicios en áreas donde se desarrollen operaciones especiales para restablecer el orden público o en aquellas otras específicamente determinadas por el Ministro de Defensa, tendrán derecho a recibir una partida diaria de alimentación igual a la establecida para los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares.
