El que, con la finalidad de contribuir a la comisión del delito de secuestro extorsivo o del delito de extorsión, suministre a otro información que haya conocido por razón o con ocasión de sus funciones, cargo u oficio, incurrirá en pena de prisión de quince (15) a treinta (30) años y multa de cien (100) a quinientos (500) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
