º El Fondo Tabacalero de Compensación Tributaria liquidará las sumas globales que a título de reducción gradual del impuesto deben cancelar los responsables a su favor. Para este efecto se tomará la cifra total compensada en el bimestre por el Fondo Tabacalero de Compensación Tributaria a los departamentos y Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá, y a ella se aplicará el porcentaje con el que cada responsable participó en las ventas de cigarrillos a nivel nacional durante el mismo período.
