amends ley 122/94

Modifíquese el artículo 6° de la Ley 122 de 1994 así:

Artículo 6°. El recaudo de la estampilla se destinará a lo establecido en el artículo 1° de la presente ley.

Parágrafo 1

La tarifa contemplada en esta Ley no podrá exceder el 2% del valor del hecho sujeto al gravamen.

Parágrafo 2

Se excluyen de este pago los contratos de prestación de servicios suscritos con personas naturales, cuyo valor no supere las 160 Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT) por concepto de honorarios mensuales.
