Artículo diez y ocho. El postor favorecido deberá suscribir el correspondiente contrato dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de la adjudicación, y si no lo hiciere, perderá a favor de la Nación la suma depositada como garantía. En tal caso, la zona podrá sacarse nuevamente a licitación.
