° Para determinar el número de concejales de los municipios de creación posterior a la fecha de aprobación del Censo de 1964, se tomará en cuenta el último censo realizado aunque no haya sido aprobado, y en su defecto, la población acreditada para la expedición de la ordenanza que creó el respectivo distrito municipal.
