º Cuando se haga preciso el desmonte gradual de instituciones financieras, cuya nacionalización se haya debido, entre otras, a la necesidad de evitar los traumatismos que produciría su liquidación por la Superintendencia Bancaria, la obligación de la nación de garantizar recursos conforme al literal d) del artículo 6.º del Decreto legislativo 2920 de 1982, así como la participación del Banco de la República en las respectivas operaciones, podrá cumplirse de conformidad con el mecanismo consagrado en el presente Decreto.
