° Autorizase al administrador de las referidas salinas de Chita y Muneque para adquirir en las mejores condiciones que el mercado ofrezca, sal elaborada, en Muneque y la Salina, pudiendo firmar contratos por cantidades de consideración, hasta cubrir un posible consumo de tres años, a fin de garantizar la oportuna provisión de sal y los mejores precios.
